Honeycomb (Dalgona candy) with Manuka Honey
How to make a Honeycomb (Dalgona candy) from Squid Game with Manuka honey flavour?

Ingredients
10g suger
0.5g baking soda
5g water
0.5 tsp manuka honey
Steps
- Add sugar and water to a pan and mix well.
- Heat up the pan and place low heat. (No need to stirring)
- Around 2 minutes, once it looks like raw honey, remove from heat, add the baking soda and Manuka Honey and mix well.
- Pour onto baking paper and press in your shape (Oil the shape so it doesn’t stick).
- Leave it to cool and enjoy!
